Update: Compact .NET Framework Performance

Added timings for the iPAQ 1940 and the iPAQ 5555. The interesting thing is that the iPAQ 1940 performs comparable or faster than higher clock speed Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PCs!

Update: ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide

Added the following issues:
1. Solution for the Mobile Information Server INTERNET_55.
2. Moving the synchronization folder on the PC to another folder.
3. Re-sorted the Mobile Information Server issues based on error message.
4. Added more info on MIS INTERNET_45 errors.
5. Added solution to INTERNET_15 and INTERNET_152 errors.
