Updated:  ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide and Windows Mobile Device Center Troubleshooting Guide

ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting:
Added information on the errror 86000107 and how to resolve it.
Added information on how to fix the ActiveSync window size.

Windows Mobile Device Center Troubleshooting:
Added a description on the lack of the ability to uninstall applications using WMDC on your PC like you could with ActiveSync.
Added information on uninstalling WMDC and deleting left over files.

Update: Exchange ActiveSync Errors and Solutions

Added information on the error code 85030027. This error is caused when the personal certificate is not installed on the Windows Mobile device.
