Introduction

Windows CE is being used as the foundation for Windows Based Terminals (WBT) also know as a thin client to access Citrix ICA or the Microsoft Terminal Server.  Both Citrix and Microsoft have released clients for Handheld PC, Professional Edition.  The Handheld PC 2000 has the Terminal Server client in rom.
