Update: ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide

Added additional information on the causes of the 85010014 error. Added information on a problem with selecting less information for the Calender which may cause duplicates. Noted an incompatibility with SSH Sentinel. Also, noted that users may not be able to sync with Outlook 2000. Since Outlook 2002 ships with the device, users should upgrade.

Update: Mobile Information Server / Outlook Mobile Access/Exchange 2003 ActiveSync

Added information on error codes 80072F17 (expired digital certificate) and 80072f0d (installation of a digital certificate requires a signed application from your cellular provider).
