Article: Windows Mobile 6.1.4

Recently Microsoft introduced Windows Mobile 6.1.4, a minor upgrade of the Windows Mobile operating system. With 6.1.4 Microsoft replaced the Pocket Internet Explorer web browser with Internet Explorer Mobile version 6.  

Internet Explorer Mobile 6

Internet Explorer Mobile was installed to replace Pocket Internet Explorer to be more compatible with the desktop version of Internet Explorer.  IE Mobile is the combination of Internet Explorer 6 code and Internet Explorer 8 scripting engine.  So with this new browser, you can view your pages in Desktop mode with more fidelity.
