Update: Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Bugs - Software

Added info on performance problems with the Dell Axim after installing the Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade. Added info on the Pictures application not reverting to saved when you change the brightness or contrast.

Added info on the Fujitsu Loox upgrade, peition link for the Toshiba e550g and clarified that the iPAQ 3600 and 3700 are not upgradeable to Windows Mobile 2003.
