iPAQ 6515
The iPAQ 6515 (HTC Beetle) was the first HP Pocket PC Phone Edition with a square 240x240 display and a thumbboard.
It has an integrated GPS receiver (GlobalLocate chipset) that supports aGPS (assisted GPS) through ephemeris downloads. The GPS receiver can be addressed by navigation programs at COM7: at 57600 baud. There is no way to switch the GPS receiver on or off - it is activated when the COM port is opened by an application and deactivated when the COM port is closed.
