CDMA Cellular
CDMA Cellular is offered by Verizon and Sprint in the US. The data services available for CDMA are 1xRTT (Single Carrier (1x) Radio Transmission Technology) (128kbits/s) and EvDO (Evolution Data Only, Evolution Data Optimized) (768kbits/s). The data services are an additional charge based on kilobytes sent or received or unlimited for a month depending on the plan chosen. Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone devices are available from Verizon and Sprint in the US.
